it does not work when the company finds out you can't do the work. I never told anyone just anything. I told them the way it was. As far as if you are an employee (and I really am not sure but believe Diskriter does hire employees), I believe you have 8 hours to do the work, no window. They might not offer that. ICs normally have a window but employees are just like if you worked in the hospital. If you worked in the hospital, would you like to stay there 12 hours for 8 hours of work? Think about it.
