the ones who want ICs and if they want liability insurance, tell them to get it. There is no reason for it. It is worthless because as I said below, we have no hands-on care of the patient. The dictators are responsible for signing the reports. The report is their responsibility. If an IC has poor quality or poor content, all a co has to do is tell them their services are no longer needed and be done with it. We have enough expenses in this industry--even the employees do bearing their own equipment and saving the employers a ton of money there. Don't let them get away with the liabiity scare. If they want it, they should pick of the cost of it or find some other poor soul who will bite on the liability issue. There is no issue as far as I am concerned. It is a nonissue.
