with a management position, not to mention the conformity, doesn't mean I'm a slacker. I work hard, and I'm good at what I do. I just want to be able to leave it behind at the end of the day and go have a life.

You are welcome. Just trying to save you some headaches.
I know you realize I speak the truth, because if you search the archives to about a year ago, you will see the same wording and rah, rah sounds. Then, take a look through the year at at more recent posts, you will easily get the picture. Truth comes out no matter what. There are a few good companies out there and you can find them if you do your research. Good luck to you.

Focus DOES NOT provide equipment, only headaches

I have no real headaches. Sometimes they want a faster turnaround time...
or they want things a certain way, but no biggie..I'd be willing to deal with that for up to 5 cpl than what MTSOs want to pay.
