I'm on your side, have been all the way.  I am all for the MTs, not for the ones making money off of us and not paying us well.  Having worked in the hospital as I did, I know how valuable we are to them, but they sure don't act like it.  We are the ones who have the knowledge and without us they could not have their business and I believe they are probably painting themselves in a corner because the wages are just about as low as anyone can take anymore.  We should not need more than one job.  I'm too old and tired to just work all the time for them.  I need to vacuum once in a while and go shopping too, etc., and sometimes just rest and enjoy myself.  Used to be that way, we went to job and came home and had time to ourselves.  Now we work out of our homes and pay the utilities and many of us for our equipment, etc, which is certainly greatly to MTSOs advantage financially, and seem to have in some ways less freedom than we had before.  However, I too like not having to buy the clothes, gas, etc., but we still are no longer compensated enough for our knowledge.
