I think you will probably be happy with the change. The platform is a lot more basic than DQS, which you may or may not like - just takes a little getting used to just like any other platform. My production has been about the same as MQ from day 1 two years ago, so it wasn't a hard transition for me. The tone there is one of professional courtesy, respect, and encouragement. No outsourcing or ASR, thank goodness. It's not a fit for everyone, naturally, but it sounds like you are fed up with MQ, so I imagine you'll be wondering why you didn't make the move sooner.
