Hey, I am MT getting out of MQ too. How funny!!! Well, you are not the only who is fed up with MQ. I have only been there about 9 months, but yuk, that was enough. I really think that they are cheating us on line count pay. I have been really watching my line counts lately and I never get paid that I think I should according to my line count. Their formula is so very complicated, I could never figure it out. They probably do that on purpose so no one can figure it out. I am sick of their Bonus pay. You work really hard and they never pay any Bonus pay. At least I have worked very hard and do not get it -- ever. Then my supervisor is always late fixing our Etime schedules and she constantly complains about Etime as if we can do something about it. I am just soooo verrry tirrred of everything at MQ. I am tired of working my butt off and never getting but maybe $10 more than my last paycheck. You know I have transcribed twice the number of reports on a daily basis and still may paycheck is maybe 15 or 20 dollars more per paycheck. It is just not worth the time or effort.
