Yes, I get that same feeling. Anyone that was with MQ via a company that merged with MQ will know this routine. It all sounds good... at first... for a while... somethings actually improved. Maybe, just maybe, it will be different with Transcend. I really haven't a clue. But, with MQ, I stayed positive, trusted, hoped for the best, didn't turn negative, asked questions, listened, and waited, and it was a wretched experience that lasted wayyyyyyy to long in my case (self inflicted, as I stayed with hope).

BTW, I think someone posted here that MDI has some 30 accounts. I don't really know if that is accurate, more or less, but if you are sticking around, ask to cross train. Be proactive. MDI has accounts NOW, well before Transcend accounts are even taken into consideration. There IS work! I just want to encourage everyone to not wait and hope for work on just a handful of accounts. If you don't have enough work - whether it is with 1 or 4 or 8 accounts - then you do not have enough accounts, plain and simple -- ask for more! You won't always be account hopping, it is only to take control and cover yourself in the slow times. I firmly believe we have to take care of ourselves - and, for me, that means asking to cross train until I have enough accounts to ALWAYS get my lines in. It is possible. Far from ideal, that's for sure, but when my primary is slow, my first concern is not about whether it is being offshored or sent to Transcend or who knows what, but rather, is there work on my next account, and the next? I prefer this over working a part time job for when work is slow at MDI, I get the consistency of a platform I really enjoy being on. Sorry to beat a dead horse here, but I really hope someone will try this and find it helps them too.
