I've just landed a new job with a small MTSO with credit for everything I do. The big MTSO I have previously been working for (not Transcend but another one that uses VR) gives me credit only for what shows up on the report, no credit for headers, footers, looking up demos, facilities, names, towns, etc., all the stuff that eats up my time and slashes my production. Experienced MTs are leaving. The account is already seriously backed up. The big MTSO has already lost one account that has contracted with a small MTSO, and I wouldn't be surprised to hear of this one being lost, as well.
