New MT pay

I started out in June as a newbie. It was my first job. I was offered .065 cpl and I took it of course because I was a newbie and you have to start somewhere. Still am a newbie after 7 months in my opinion. When I have been there a year I will ask them to have a raise. Hopefully I get it. I think a year is a fair amount of time.
