I'm sorry you dislike your job so much. I've been with SPi for about 2 years now and I'm not complaining. I have plenty of work. My understanding with respect to the reorganization is a good one. They just cut 1200 lines a shift to 1000 and the incentive is graded. There are so many jobs. Diskwriter (sp?) has tons!
