Hey hey Connie.  Good for you.  I also believe things are very much improved.  I definitely cringed when I first began with Cymed/SPi and found out they didn't count spaces but I LOVE their platform, ChartNet.  The best.  I always feel so badly for transcriptionists who hate where they work.  If I felt that way, I'd be looking for another job.  Kathy
