They have a company forum. Most everyone posting on there is totally miserable. They are crying, drinking, looking for other work, sick to their stomach about how to meet their bills! Management is blowing smoke or ignoring everyone's concerns re techinical and staffing problems. If you call that high morale, go ahead and work there!
