Ladies, please don't be so nit picky on people.  I'm sure ALL of us have posted something or sent an email with typos.  Often times we are under a lot of pressure to get emails out or we are more laxed on these boards.  I just don't think it is fair for some of you to be so darn negative!!!  Please, let's be nice to one another!
