You would be wise to avoid this lady.  She hired me for my first job, and it was a really bad experience for me too.  She will pay you, of that I am sure, but you do have to wait 45 days.  However, don't let her fool you, and don't trust her beyond payment.  She seems nice until you get to know her.  You can get other/better jobs because I did.  If you want more elaboration, then I'll tell you but only through confidential means.  You can email me at rmsa2000@yahoo.com.  Identify the reason you are writing.
