first off, 6 cpl is pretty low..unless it is gross line, which I doubt this one is. It this part time? but secondly, it is not legal for anyone to with hold payment for 45 days. 30 is legal, but that is all. I used to work for a company that withheld pay for 30 days, waiting for them to get paid. It just seemed like I never got caught up with payment and I was always behind on my bills because of it. This is no way to work...I don't care why they are. I would not advise it, if I were you. There are plenty of other companies out there that pay more than that and pay on time...even for newbies. good luck.
