You sound like you are pretty much on the same page I am as far as being fed up with working in MT. I just gave notice yesterday in order to take an in-house position. I figure I have too many years to work to stay in the dead-end situation I felt I was in. No reviews or, god fobid, a raise in over 2 years. In the meantime, still love what I do but well aware I need to broaden my horizons with such an unsure future for MTs.
