you would do mostly Ops, but that you should be available or able to do all other work types in the event they need help on those accounts. In that respect, you are more valuable if you can fill in on other accounts. This could be beneficial to you, too, because if Ops run low, you'd have options to work on other accounts. Maybe they just mean to help out during busy times or if someone's sick/on vacation, so I'd just ask if you are going to have a primary account or what.

That said, if you'd be jumping between accounts all day, ick. I would hate that. I agree that a person should be placed on an account that suits them so they can be most productive - why push work on someone on a daily basis that will make them miserable? They aren't going to be productive and eventually might even quit. That seems counterproductive to me and I wouldn't take a job like that. JMO.
