I cannot comment on the present work situation but I can tell you that SHINE is an old, slow, cumbersome, money losing proposition and I would never suggest anyone work on it.

Tell them to put it where the sun don't shine
Unbelievable how they expect MT's to accept unacceptable conditions in an industry that already has sucky pay as it is.
SHINE platform
I worked there 2 days I think, maybe gave them 3; long enough to train.  I quit when I realized SHINE was incredibly slow, wasteful and needless steps to take (all requiring the use of a MOUSE, not on the keyboard!)  Horrible.  Very nice people, loved the people, but the program was going to eat up my pay check.
arh! Shine is THE worst! don't look back. NM
..
I thought it was just the ones who work in SHINE sm
that felt we might be losing in this merger.  Thanks for letting me know I am not alone!
Shine templates take too long to load sm
Isn't too bad if you can go straight into it and start typing, but the account I do you have to go in and fill/fix the template after it loads before you can start typing, so it can be time consuming.
