The overall feel of a company is totally subjective. A company that feels like a good fit for me may not be a good fit for you. Even if you are an IC, most companies are expecting you to commit to working a minimum number of hours each day. Most will also expect you to commit to doing work on certain days of the week. You may try Mxsecure. There was some problems with the recruiter not following up with people, but he is no longer there.
