When I worked for them, they said it stood for Solutions, People, Innovations. I liked it there, made more cpl, had great supes, but they kept losing wonderful, major accounts and work kept dwindling. They had a big administrative shake-up and it went downhill from there. I had to quit. Have been with TT for 2 years and very happy there!
