MDI has been great for me so far.  I started the first week in June on the QA and was only slightly worried about not having work.  As soon as I did not have enough to make the 5 jobs for training I got in touch with them and they immediately put me on 2 more accounts.  Since I choose to work during the night, I always have work and this helps them with their 24/7 coverage of all accounts.  The only time I really get worried is sometimes on Wed and Thurs, since everyone works on those days, but in the end I have always had work through the night and the STATs have always been covered.  So, I guess you have to take everything with a grain of salt.  You need to ask for more accounts to make sure you never run out of work and maybe learn to adjust your schedule around, if possible, to make it work.  I am enjoying myself more with this job than where I came from.  Got out of the Q just in time, before everyone started jumping ship.

Good Luck to you all as you start with MDI or are considering applying.
