Something to consider--

I take it benefits are not a concern.  That being said, I've been very happy at MDI for about the last year.  While I'm probably still considered a newbie, I have formed a very high opinion of this company.  I only have 1 account and have no problem with enough work, but as the other poster said TATs are getting tighter and the work is almost always current.  That's the disadvantage to not working a set schedule.  You end up having to hire extra to make sure the TATs are met.

That being said, why not give it a try while still working your current job.  Can you do both jobs part-time or would you prefer not to do that?  Being that there are no benefits available, I think it would be to your advantage to consider working 2 jobs part-time.  Think about this - if you run out of work at your current job, you could always hop on MDI and work since there is no set schedule here.  Ideally, if your other job doesn't have a set schedule either, you could flip-flop between the 2 depending on when the work was available.  Just something to consider.
