So, how much do you think?

I am an MT looking for a company that will come close to paying what we all know we are worth.  I have 10 years on the job.  I can do the H&Ps, consults, discharges, ERs and some procedures, but can learn ORs easily.  I know almost all the specialities with the exception of maybe pathology.  Working in the c-pool has helped in that area.   I also have pretty proficiency with the ESL docs.  I am just looking to see what my experience might bring me in the way of a line rate and what companies out there might be looking someone like me.

Just looking and hoping to find a better company than the one I'm with now.
