Yes, I started this doctor and the previous MT never got the TAT on target. I have no clue what happened. Several people I know train, but I did not like the QA manager. She was scattered brain and always sent these very nasty e-mails to the MTs. I wonder if this is the person you are talking about. What's interesting is that I never received a word about my account going away. I would just look on the job cue and noticed that there was not any work and I noticed that all of the doctors were not on the patient list so that gave me an idea that the account went away. That is not good for a company to not let the MT know that their account went away. The only e-mail that I received was that the workflow is very slow. I never got any type of response that I was fired, let go, etc. I can still sign on to the system. Something very strange is going on. Wish I knew the right answer.
