It is underbidding. MTs willing to work for outrageously low wages, go along with IC status when the are clearly employees; their actions undermine every other MT in this industry and the service owners are laughing at us, stating that they can pull puppet strings and get the women to argue and stab each other in the back. I actually read this in an email.
