What is appropriate pay for VR?

Just wondering what most think would be an acceptable line rate for VR. I just started with a new company and doing about 40% VR work. This is the first time I have worked on a VR platform, so I am not sure what the going rate is, but I am making 0.065 cpl, plus night shift incentive and I can't see much difference in my pay. So just wondering what everyone's opinion might be (be nice please).
