It would have gone down, since there are more people signing up. I have insurance through my husband and it hasn't increased in 3 years. The last time it increased they switched to another company. I don't know, first they take away the yearly longevity bonus, they flat out don't give raises no matter how long you work for them, now this. I guess nothing good lasts forever.
