Almost everyone is slow at almost every new company they start with. It takes a while to get comfortable with things and get into the swing of things. It's not just MDI, it's really everywhere, and it's not just you, it's most everyone. Don't give up! Pretty soon you will get used to Bayscribe and your accounts and you'll be faster.

Cherrypicking is not allowed on any account and they can tell if you've been skipping reports and will confront you about it. I've wondered, though, about certain accounts where we share the work with in-house MTs if maybe *they* cherrypick and send us the other stuff, but I really don't know if that's the case or not. I think it's probably just a string of bad luck when you work on these hospitals with a high volume of ESLs. I'd also be willing to bet that if you have some experience with ESLs that after doing them on your new account for a while they won't be so bad. I printed samples when I first started to help me with phrases and things and now rarely look at them.
