necessary? What is the point of acting like this or do you enjoy putting others down to make yourself feel superior. I tell you what, I have done MT for many many years, hired, trained, taught school and am now doing just MT. I wouldn't hire you if you had 50 years experience, never made a mistake and typed 300 wpm!..............all because of your rotten stinking you can't teach me anything because I know it all ATTITUDE! These people on here ask legitimate questions and there are no dumb questions only people too dumb and PROUD to ask questions. You are on the bottom of the heap of humanity as far as I am conncerned!
