Try google - Weight Watchers is online now.
I saw an advertisement on TV.  Weight Watchers is the way to go to lose weight because you can eat regular food.  You can also have the donut and Dr. Pepper if you go light that day!!!  Good luck to U!
You might try Weight Watchers sm
I know that it is an expense, but so worth it.  You can eat regular food, but most importantly, there are group meetings with lots of support.  You'll meet nice people of all ages with the same struggles, and the goals are not set too high at first.  It sounds like you feel alone, and you're not.  I found Weight Watchers to be helpful in that you can eat regular food and the instructors were really supportive.  We'd laugh and then get serious about our quests.  You may want to consider a counselor (not being mean here), but I hear your cry for help.  Why not make an appoint with your primary care doctor just to express your concerns.   You have the power (you are special ya' know)!
Try Weight Watchers instead.

About Weight Watchers...(sm)
If you look hard enough, you can find the information to do "home-grown" Weight Watchers. Their point system is patented and therefore public information. Since you plug in little factoids about your food (calories, fat, and fiber) to come up with the points value and the number of points for your weight are available with a online search, it is possible to do this without the Weight Watchers meetings or online support. I did. I lost a buttload and kept it off. You can do it too. Now just jog/walk while you watch the TV and you're good to go--for free. I get all revved up to do exercise videos for about 3 days. I have wasted too much money on them. :)
Weight Watchers Anyone?
I joined a week ago and stuck to it, but my scale says I haven't lost anything yet.  Anybody have any success stories to encourage me?
Any experience with Weight Watchers.
I am thinking about joining, but hate to cook.  Can I lose weight if I don't want to cook their recipes?
Weight Watchers is the best program
You can eat what you would cook every day, but it is the portion control.  I used this program after having both of my children as I gained close to 100 pounds with each pregnancy (too much bread and butter).  I have now stabilized, but still watch my portions.  I do believe the water and exercise are a very, very important part of Weight Watchers.  I did not feel deprived from sweets because as the other poster stated, the point system took care of that.  If you know you will indulge, you simply cut back on one of your meals.  I had a husband and two children to care for, but I still lost weight eating the same food that I served them, I just controlled my own portions.  Hope this helps.  Weight Watchers gets my vote.
Have you thought of Weight Watchers?
I've been on it since the end of April and have lost 10 pounds so far.  I have another 40-50 to go, give or take.  You can eat whatever you want on WW.  It emphasized portion control, which you seem to be doing already.  You don't have to go to meetings if you don't want to.  You can do it online, which is what I am doing.
Thinking of trying Weight Watchers
and am wondering if anybody has tried it. You can email me and tell me what you think. I heard the point system is easy and very balanced and you don't get hungry.
Weight Watchers at home
I didn't go to meetings. I bought the calculator and the whole kit off the WW website. The most important thing was that I had support from my husband and resolved myself to do it. I ate ice cream every night, but just a small bit. That kept me going.

I tried a bunch of different diets, but they obviously didn't work in the long term. My mind was the thing keeping me back. Once my mind was set to do it, I did it. I've had that weight off a couple years now with most of it off for 3 years. (I had a pregnancy in there!)

Sorry I didn't respond. You can give me a virtual slap on the hand. I'm happy to talk about it, though, if you'd like!
Weight Watchers at home
I bought the kit from the website but didn't go to meetings. It's setting your mind to do it and being really sick of being fat. I tried so many other times to lose weight, I can't tell you.

Good luck!
With Weight Watchers Core Plan you can eat until satisfied...sm..
never go hungry, and lose weight in a healthy way.  It emphasizes low fat or non-fat foods and whole grains.  You'll learn how to eat healthy.
For Soap watchers

What soap opera do you watch regularly and how long have you been watching it?

Mine is AMC and I've been watching it from the beginning in 1970.

For the B&B soap watchers...
Does Brooke make you wanna pull her hair out??? She is disgustingly desperate...I cannot stand it!   I'm rooting for Taylor and Nick, bump Brooke and Ridge...hope he goes to jail and she dries up!
Hey fellow bird watchers...

We added a new bird to our backyard list today - one that we have been waiting to have visit for six years.  I must admit I had given up, as this is known to be a rural bird and we are just inside town.  We have downy woodpeckers out the wazoo all day long, but today, much to my surprise and delight, we had a visit from a hairy woodpecker.  He landed on the suet cage that I have hanging on the offce window so he was only about 4 feet away and I got a really good look at him.  What a thrill!  Now if I can just lure in that elusive pileated...

I am only 5Ƈ". When I weight my desired weight (sm)
my face looks bad - drawn.  I like myself best when I weigh about 140-150.
I have been doing WW online (sm)
You can get a one-week free trial and then it's $65 for a three-month membership, and then something like $16 a month after that. It lets you plug in all your food for points values and calculates everything for you. So far it's working for me, even though I had a little setback, but that was my own indiscretion.

As far as goodies, I LOVE them too, and I have found lots of sugar-free and low carb substitutes such as sugar free ice cream and sugar free soda. They have really come a long way since the old Nutra-Sweet days and these things are truly satisfying now. My husband loves Kool-Aid and he has been making it with Splenda for a long time now, and my kids love it too, and I love the fact they are getting less sugar.

Anyway, WW is a really good program. In fact, one of my docs I transcribe for consistently recommends it to his overweight patients. I personally know several people who have been successful with it. Hopefully I will too, and if you choose to go back on it, best of luck to you!

P.S. Your hubby might actually enjoy the sugar-free, lowfat treats as well, who knows?
online
I have bought bras online from Big Girl Bras and Figleaves. You think a 40C is big? Try a 36H! Not fun.
I can buy these online sm

I viewed the ad online at walmart.com and when I clicked on a particular item it said that it would be available in the store and online on Friday.  Yeahhh!!!!

Book online if you can...
And save your confirmation and payment receipt with your tickets. You should receive confirmation in your cabin at least 24 hours before your first shore excursion. If you don't, check with the Purser's office or the shore excursion desk.

I have traveled on Carnivel three times, most recently last month. I much prefer booking tours online instead of standing in line, and that eliminates finding out your tour is booked up once you get to the desk. Online will tell you immediately if the tour you want, at the time you've chosen, is full or not.

Hope this helps and that you have a great time. I love cruising!
Do your shopping online.
I've been doing all my Xmas shopping online for 6 years now. Way better than dealing with the crowds at malls and stores.
Online dating... Have you tried it?
I'm thinking about trying this.  What are your experiences?  Which ones are the best dating sites?  Thanks!
Online dating
Yes, found my husband on Match.Com, dated two years and have been married for 1 1/2 years now.  I was very lucky to have found a good honest man.  We are in our sixties.
I am an online subscriber...sm
so I can use all the etools, like the point tracker and the recipe builder.  You can use the community area without charge, which include the message boards and I frequent them a lot - sometimes for support and sometimes just to chat about things.
ONLINE SCHOOL
Here where we live for the past two years they have had online high school. I don't know anyone who goes, but it sounds like a good alternative. When my kids (all grown up now) were in Catholic school I reduced the tuition by working there for free three days a week. Could you work something out?
There are courses online - sm
I was curious about it for awhile too and almost signed up for one of the courses. We live fairly rural and I know there are three people in our county who do property appraisals. None of them work full time at it because there is just not enough business. If you live in a larger populated area, it might be worth it for you.

Good luck.
ooh I just asked you this below.....both online!!
at the same time :)
Thanks...I looked up online and what I did was sm
picked it up in a very soft cloth and just looked to make sure it didn't look injured. There was no blood but I am not sure. I took the blanket and put it as close as I could guess where the nest might be. I will check later to see if it is still there. What I read says that the mom's come back once a night to feed the babies and to try to put them back in the nest if possible and that she will call them all when she comes to the nest, so hopefully we didn't miss that window and the little girl or guy can be snuggling with mom and brothers and sisters soon. I feel so bad for the poor thing :(
Do any on you pay your bills online?

I've been doing it for a couple of years now and I love it. Sure saves on the ever increasing postage.

I pay just about all of my bills online
And for the same reasoning the cost of postage and I'm usually too lazy to go to the post office to get stamps.

Does anyone here have an online store for their
beading jewelry?  I am interested in taking a peek if you bead on the side of MT'ing...  I love the jewelry but don't quite have the patience...
Turbo Tax online

I just did my taxes last week on TurboTax online and got the refund already.  It was very convenient, but I wish I had known that in advance.  I definitely would not have used them. All companies should have to say where they are and who they are.  USA!!

why don't you search online? Look also into
other countries' recipes?
Anyone ever buy swim wear online?

I'm having a heck of a time finding a bathing suit anywhere locally (Wisconsin).  The only place I see them are online, and I'm a bit hesitant about purchasing because it's a hassle returning, etc. Any suggestions?  Goin' on a cruise in December.  Thanks for your suggestions.

You may only be able to find them online or by catalog right now.
I find I always need one size larger than I wear in clothes. I just remembered that a store called Newport News always has tons of bathing suits and there is a website but not sure how they are with returns.

May be worth checking them out.
ya probably could find his picture online

Has anyone ever used online resoureces to help with grief? sm
I am having a lot of issues regarding the passing of my mom. It will be a year this fall and it still seems like it was just yesterday. She was not only my mom, but my best friend. I feel like it was a double whammy. She passed suddenly, so there was no preparing...not that you really can prepare. Anyway, I have had people tell me it is time to move on and I should snap out of it. I keep it together for my kids and try to make their days fun and enjoyable, but all I do is think about my mom and when alone I cry for her and the pain I feel. I would like to look for some type of help regarding greif and dealing with it. Has anyone ever used online help to deal with greif?  Thanks.
Yes, i thought of this too. They have an online application
a person can download.  If they contact me for an interview, great, if not I won't be any better or worse off than when I started.
Ladies, can you buy Viagra online?
My mum plant aren't doing well around the flag pole. Can you buy Viagra online?

yes, they sell it all over online. but what does that have to do with mums?
..
no, but online CalorieKing.com worked for me
and i didn't have to change what i eat; no special food to buy. it is $55 a year and has been well worth it. I've averaged 1-2 lbs a week weight loss.
My DS buy material online for her company. Just
x
We did ours online and got it back within a week.
We have always done it online because it's so much faster than the mail.
Also, I have email friends who are online only (sm)
People I have never met and don't really give a lot of personal info about myself - have to be careful. But there are MANY lonely people out there. I have met lots who work at home and just want an email buddy to talk with some during they day. You can answer or post an ad in the platonic section of Craigslist. Also a few years ago I met one of my now best friends through Exercise Buddies. com. She also works at home and we both wanted a walking buddy - it worked out great.
You got this at a Walmart store or online?...nm
ss
could be from online access from phone
x
Dailystrength.com....an online community..sm

There's a ton of different support groups, etc.  It's a great place to make freinds, relieve stress, talk, etc.  I'm on there a lot and it's really a great place.  No one bashes you, everyone understands, you meet people in the same boat, etc.  Give it a try.

You're definitely not alone.  I hope things work out for you and I wish there was something I could do to help.  It's so hard nowadays. I have to take antidepressants or I wouldn't get out of bed. It really sucks.  What I can do, though, is be a shoulder to lean on.  Sometimes the friends you can't "see" are the easiest to talk to.  I know it is for me.

You can check at midnight online

I think they usually say if they're available online, but most of them are not.  The last couple of years, their servers crashed because so many people were trying to get online to buy.  If you really want it, it's best to go to the store before work.  Lots of people do it or have someone else who's going pick it up for you.

Watching movies online

What is the site where you can watch a movie without paying anything?

thanks
