Purchase tender, young asparagus tips. Prep. Place on plate and drizzle with olive oil, salt, lemon pepper seasoning, lemon zest and toss. Place in refigerator until ready to use. Place 1 TB of liquid from the meat you are preparing (turkey) into a heated pan. Add asparagus to pan and cook on medium approximately 5 minutes or done. Do not overcook. You may reheat in oven, but works just as well at room temp. BTW, any left overs can be chopped and placed in an omelete the next day. Delicious.

I'm very blessed...my SO is a gourmet cook. We rarely eat out because what he can prepare at home tastes much better than anything we could get at a restaurant and costs half as much to prepare.
