I tried to post back to you yesterday but had issues and didn't have time to keep trying. With the new info you gave I think you did the right thing, although reporting it anonymously could have saved you some grief. But don't even worry about what that guy thinks if he is that type of person and your other neighbors are happy. I have had to learn that not everyone is going to like me - and that's okay - cause I don't like everybody :-) I like most people and most people like me,that's the best any of us can do!
