Directions

I would never expect someone to give me directions from my home to their office. That's not their responsibility. What building number, what street, what office number yes, but street directions, no way. I learned that from being a receptionist in a doctor's office and people calling and asking me for directions. I was new to the area and didn't have a clue where anything was. I could barely find my own way to work in the city, let alone tell anyone else. I would tell them what exit to take off the hwy and that's it.

Like someone else said, Google or GPS but don't blame the receptionist.
