Anger for what is to come taxes, jobs, probably all in your mind. If you think this started in the last year or so completely wrong on your end. My aunt and I talked about the same thing about bad service probably about 4 years ago. This has absolutely nothing to do with anger, job losses, taxes. The younger ones as you call them probably less concerned about these issues right now than you are. Quit reading the tea leaves. Not a new phenomenon- you just did not notice before (might have been you fit into that younger group that did not seem to care then). Going back to the year 2002 when working inhouse and not having PPO insurance then, I always had to call any referral doctor's offices to make sure I had my followup because, hey guess what- happening then. Offices failed to make those appts for me. You sound like you are trying to put a spin on something when there is not 1 to be put.
