Second:
You have to appear in court for the trial. If you do not, you are in contempt of the court and EVERYTHING what happens to you afterwards is YOUR FAULT and you can be made responsible for it.
I cannot believe that you still feel mercy for him?
Do you know that after 18 beers he is in a state that he does not KNOW anymore what he is doing and he will NOT rememver anything what he has done in his stupor?
Next time he might kill you and it will be YOUR fault.
