In Reply to: Anyone else with gallbladder problems and decided not to have surgery - Amy

I did have mine out, but my symptoms were lack of appetite, nausea and vomiting every morning. My weight dropped down to 108 and I'm 5ƌ". I had malnutrition. I didn't have an actual gallbladder attack until I made the mistake of eating cheesecake. DON'T TRY IT. Cream cheese is evil. :)

Do you have stones or a nonworking gallbladder? My surgeon's own gallbladder quit working and became gangrenous within three hours of onset of pain. Everybody is different, I guess.
