First off, get some Kelp supplements to help get your stomach emptying better.

Secondly, don't eat butter, egg yolks, or bacon. I use powdered egg whites if you cannot stand to throw away the eggs, but I guarantee you can eat chicken wings if you stop eating egg yolks.

You have a daily allowance of cholesterol (anything animal) find out what that is. One egg yolk has 72% of your daily allowance of cholesterol, so you can figure your allowance down from that.

powdered ginger should be added to anything you can figure out to add into it, but fresh or candied ginger in small amounts.

Lots of olive oil on everything.

Yoga exercises will help also.

A strictly vegan diet for a few days will help you recover from an attack.
