I had several elective surgeries at a big hospital in town and am allergic to adhesive tape, Ace wrap and the like. Listed on the front of my chart, my identification braclet listed it and guess what? Still wound up with, you guessed it, the adhesive and the aces. I told them one of these days someone was going to die because they just did not play attention.
