she and her son buried somewhere in the states, not that I care particularly about Texas as the final resting place, but the final thing is her mother is her next adult living kin. Howard Stern really does not have any say so in this decision. They were not married, nothing legal and her daughter is far too young to make a decision until they let court have someone to make a decision like that for her. An adult next of kin is her mother.
