The Christmas my oldest DGS was maybe 5, he came down the steps complaining he couldn't find the "erections" to the toy he was putting together. He meant instructions. He is now 17 and 6 feet tall and denies he ever said it. Yes, he did.

I would see what the instructions
are with the cheese gift baskets. Those cheese blocks are usually sealed in wax, and that helps their shelf life, so if you don't buy sealed cheese like that, it might need quicker refrigeration. You could order gift baskets on line, but that would increase the price. You could either wait and give them the gift on 12/23, or you could let them know to refrigerate the package until closer to Christmas. Or you could let them open it early and they could use it at their own parties. I'd look for Wisconsin cheese myself, but I'm a born cheesehead.
