I have one sounds just like Nicholas Cage
I'm typing one at Webmedx that sounds just like Nicholas Cage (if he was reading head MRs and CTs).  Maybe his next movie role can be a doctor and this guy can consult/voice dub for him!
John Travolta is gay????
This is the first I'm hearing this. Is this true or just speculation?
You have got to read Nicholas Sparks!

I love to read and will try to sneak it in whenever I can, with three kids and my FT job, but his books are great.  Start with The Notebook, which the book version is so much better than the movie, even though the movie is great.  I just read True Believer and I really liked it.

I also love to read anything by Dean Koonts and Patricia Cornwell, and I also loved I Know This Much is True by Wally Lamb.

I have seen the Costner ones and Travolta. nm

The latest news on the death of Jett Travolta...

Posted Jan 4th 2009 10:45AM by TMZ Staff

There's a conflict brewing between the Bahama PD and John Travolta's camp regarding the time line of Jett Travolta's death.

People who are with Travolta are bristling at the suggestion Jett might have been left unattended for more than 10 hours, but this morning cops say they are sticking to their story. Meanwhile, we've learned Jett had suffered from grand mal seizures in the past and had taken anti-seizure medicine which the Travolta's say did not work, so the medication was stopped.

As for the time line, we're told Jett, his family and his two nannies had been boating on January 1. They returned to their townhouse at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel at around 6 PM. Jett was tired, went into his bedroom and went to sleep.

We're told nanny Jeff Kathrein watched TV in the adjoining room. The other nanny, Eli, returned to the townhouse at around 11:30 PM. Both Jeff and Eli turned in at around that time. After Jeff got up, he went into the bathroom and discovered Jett laying on the floor.

As for when Jett was last seen, cops say it was the at around 11:30 the night of January 1, when he went to the bathroom. Michael McDermott, John Travolta's lawyer and close friend, says Eli or Jeff may have gone into that bathroom during the middle of the night so the time frame would have been compressed.

McDermott also tells TMZ when Jeff and John Travolta administered CPR there may have been signs of life -- as in there may have been some respiratory function -- though that is not confirmed.

We're told Jett's disabilities included the inability to communicate well, in addition to some physical disabilities. As a result, there was a baby monitor in his room as well as a chime on the bathroom door. It's unclear if the two nannies slept through any signs of movement. The townhouse is relatively small -- around 1,000 square feet -- and the nannies and Jett were all on the bottom floor.

McDermott told us it's not unusual for Jett to sleep 12, even 16 hours a day, so Jett not being present is not unusual.

As for cause of death, the coroner will presumably determine that tomorrow.

As for John Travolta and Kelly Preston, McDermott tells us "they stopped crying long enough last night to try to write a press statement, which they haven't finished."

A cage is a cage
these animals have territories up to 100s of miles long, outside enclosures are just that, another form of a cage.
Put a lid on the cage if you haven't already - sm
We have 2 hamsters, and the cat just sits on the kitchen table and watches them (they are on a little table in the kitchen). Provides her with hours of enjoyment!
PS Tried a cage - she bent it and got out!
 Houdini!
Are you cage training her?
If so, put her in her cage when she gets too rambunctious (sp?). Our new puppy is also about 8 or 9 months old, and she knows the meaning of "NO" and "STOP BITING".

Also, have you tried spraying her with water? it works on most dogs and cats.

All I can say is for people who want to cage their *pets*
or make them live outside (as another poster said), do yourself and them a favor and don't get them in the first place! How about that? :)
I always used a cage for my kids (playpen). So?
nm
Unfortunately that is what happens when you cage the king of the jungle
I don't go to zoos anymore, but I found as a child the saddest exhibits were the big cats, just pacing and pacing the perimeter of their enclosure, so very very sad.
I am not saying it is okay to cage a wild animal
but these animals are not in little iron cages. They are living in open areas down in deep areas that have 15 to 20 foot walls. If there are going to be zoos, this is the kind to have.
The Bird Cage! I love that movie.
Hank Azaria is a hoot. In fact, all the principals do a great job.

''crate'' is a euphemism. Just a nice word for what it really is which is a cage.
A crate is a nice, PC term for cage, and a cage should NOT be considered a humane training tool. There should be a ''golden rule'' for animals also. If we would not like something done to us, we should not do it to the animal. We need stricter animal adoption laws because if someone can't train an animal without putting it in a cage, one should not be permitted to have the animal in the first place. Where is the compassion.
You needed a heavier gauge wire cage. They make

St. John's wort
Does anyone take this and if so, has it worked?   I hate taking prescription antidepressants (made me way too tired, etc.) so was wondering if this helps.
John Bon Jovi
See now I think he's really hot now. LOL. I remember reading that his wife was his high school sweetheart. I agree with you there though...I dont think that great either.

Oh, and Richard Gere's father was my insurance agent. He doesn't live far from my house.
John Lennon
Well, you didn't specify if they had to be alive or not, so I'm gonna fantasize for a moment here.  If he did knock on my door the first order of business would be to wet myself.  Then I'd b*tch slap him for the whole Yoko thing.  Then I'd smack him again for getting himself killed strictly because he went the Yoko route and went all retarded on us.  Then I'd shut the door, turn around, walk to the phone and call the crisis hotline because someone had obviously tainted my Crystal Light with Crystal Meth.
John Adams - HBO

Is anyone watching the John Adams series on HBO and if so what do you think?  I thinks its by far one of the best shows I have ever seen.  We saw the first three shows during the HBO free preview weekend and ordered HBO just so we could continue watching.

Throughout my school days I detested history.  Found it to be quite dull.  All I remember was having to memorize dates but don't remember a thing about learning about the people or times (although I'm sure I must have).  Now I can't get enough history and search every site I can think of to learn what I almost failed in school.

Just wonder what your thoughts are about the show.

Where is John's head? (sm)
It's in his crotch.
I just saw John and his family on the
Today show.  What a wonderful man with such a beautiful family.  The picture of little Adam in the baseball cap holding the bat is just precious.  So much good has been done in Adam's name.  They are amazing people.

Saw John Edwards in Las Vegas
not that thrilled, no time for most of the audience, accepted very few questions from very few folks so would have felt better if more able to participate than say 4 or 5 for the total time.
John Bongiovi (aka Jon Bon Jovi)

P.S. Couldn't really say John Candy or that would have
completely given it away.

Had to make ya work for it right?! :)
i use ALOT of st. john's wort. sm

I'm still standing - Elton John

If you google John and his lover,
you probably are going to pick up a man's name (as in the nanny you speak of). I knew the police were already involved. I am sorry for John and his wife as far as the loss of their child but there are very odd things going on here.
I forgot about John Gage!
He really is cute. I like Kurt Russell, too, and luckily he's still working and I can see him once in awhile.
Does he like Uncle John's sausage? sm
I can't remember where you said y'all were now, but that is definitely a local thing. Their plant is in Brandon. Anyway, they are also available online but the shipping is very expensive. They are the ones that make the mojo sausage (and other fresh sausage) and sell it to Sweetbay/Kash N Karry stores.
But John Corbett is one good looking

John Edwards and Sylvia Browne

I used to watch John Edwards, but he's no longer on TV in my area. I do watch Montel when Sylvia is on every chance I get. I have tried to get on the shows from time to time, but it hasn't happened yet. I'm trying to find a more local psychic, but the nearest one is 30 miles away and I no longer have a vehicle and none of my friends or even hubby would go with me.

I also find brand new shiny pennies lying face up on the ground a lot of times.

When our grandson was very young, about 4 yo, he wanted my husband to push him on the swing. My hubby was tired from working all day and told him he would do it tomorrow. The grandson looked him straight in the eye and said, "When you were young, I used to push you all the time." That stopped hubby in his tracks. (His father used to push him on the swing.) Hubby spent the next 2 hours pushing our grandson on the swing.

I could go on and on on some of my experiences, but all I can say is that I'm happy they happen. It makes me feel good that they are watching over us.

Just wish they would give me some good numbers to playthe lotto.

I believe we read the John Gray books because that was what was out then, but -
I think Dr. Phil's books are better and more practical. We got the relationship book when it came out to see if there was anything else we could work on. Go to counseling and REALLY work on it. It will work if you give it a chance (for the most part). I will tell you there were couples in our class who were FAR worse off than we were who said at the end they never felt closer. Not sure where they are at now, but I know for a fact my hubby and I have never been closer or happier. Remember, put as much effort into your anger, resentment, etc., as you do into cultivating a good relationship. Most of the time men are clueless the little things they do harden our hearts to them and are very open to doing what it takes to make us happy once they find out what we want and need. Good luck to you. :-)
IMO, John Hancock is the company to call.
They have some GREAT plans they will explain to you. I'm working with somebody there right now because my dad's retirement turned out so great (using them). Good luck.
John Assaraf's nauseating statement about that
He was on Larry King promoting the theory that you wish everything into your life.

Larry King asked this man if Jessica Lunsford wished her torture and murder into her life, if this is his theory.

The man paused a moment and then said, "Yes."

Made me sick.

I understand dwelling on the positive aspects of your life and they become more apparent to you. However, to think you simply "wish" something into existence is the biggest pile of manure for people to fall for.

Especially to say that every baby, child, teenager, woman, man ever abused, tortured, murdered WISHED THIS ON THEMSELVES.

Ludicrous.
you DO mean John Edwards' wife Elizabeth?

rent Serendipity today. Never seen it.  Can't wait to see it. I LOVE Kate Beckingsale (think she's the prettiest woman in Hollywood), so I think I will like this one......shhh don't spoil it! LOL
I think I have seen every John Cusack movie ever made.
I first fell for him in 16 candles....he was such a nerd but an adorable one at that. You will luv luv luv Serendipity!
the Lord John Gray books
I read the first one but haven't read the 2 that she published this year (waiting for the paperback versions). It wasn't as good as Outlanders but still pretty decent. Mainly a mystery that I had a hard time following at first with a bit of LJG's (ahem) personal charateristics thrown in, if you know what I mean.
Since they are in the public eye, they must do it. John Edwards is lower
