It seemed like my hormones got worse after having kids, especially that first year after giving birth. Yikes! I am 40 now and I feel like things are changing yet again, in that I will get crabby for about a day or so two weeks before my period. And something new in the last eight months or so is that I get a headache every time I get my period, and I used to only very rarely get headaches. Oh, it's fun being a girl! Hang in there!
