I have suffered with PMS (I think PMDD) for my whole adult life...and now my daughter also.  We put her on Yasmin and it has helped tremendously for her symptoms.  I can't take BC because I have high BP, but find that the months I get more exercise, outdoor time, and relaxation, I tend to feel better.  I had an endometrial ablation a few years ago, but still have all the PMS symptoms every month, even though don't have a true *period*...just light spotting (thank the good Lord).  Anyway, no honey, you are by far alone in this struggle.  Too bad men don't get PMS, there would be a cure for sure...my doc says exercise, plenty of fluids, no caffeine, and vitamins will help.  I also tried Sarafem, but it knocked me out like a light and Zoloft, which I am allergic to...good luck!
