with no receipt.  Then your son can pick out what he wants.  The charity sounds great, but it sounds like you're the charity case.

Braces are never a necessity and are never ever covered under insurance hardly ever.  My son has braces.

If you don't think a senior center would get a kick out receiving a Wii from a 9 year old boy, then take it back to any store and you'd probably get 250.00 which is what they are going for.

The stores are loaded with them here on the East Coast.  Just take it back to any store.

Return it (sm)
If you can, return it. Why spend $$ on a camera that you are not happy with?

First, go to the CNet.com digital camera reviews section:
http://reviews.cnet.com/4566-6501_7-0.html?filter=100021_10061970_501375_9255771_&tag=dffl1_2

From there you you can find a wealth of info on digital cameras from the editors as well as people who have bought the camera. CNet is a great site for info on anything technological.

I recently bought a Sony Cybershot 6.0 megapixels, DSC-W30. It has an optical view finder along with an LCD display screen. After reading CNet's pros and cons and that virtually all camera's LCD screen do get washed out in direct sunlight I made sure I got a camera with both the LCD screen and viewfinder. I got mine on sale at Staples for $149.98 a couple of months ago.

I wanted a camera I could just point and shoot with without having to change settings all the time. This camera has lots of settings in my opinion, but if I know I'm going to be outside, I set it on that before needing it, which only requires turning a dial. What you select is explained in brief onthe LCD screen as well, so you don't have to memorize the symbols. 95% of my photos are outside shots, and I have no complaints.

Other than sticking your head in a box, I don't know how you can view any LCD screen in bright sun.

Good luck!

You definitely have to return the item first before
you'll ever get a refund. Same thing as buying at a dept store. You're not gonna walk in and say you're unhappy with something, but you left it at home, etc. Also its always policy to pay for your own return shipping. One of the risks of buying anything on line anywhere really. Just the way it goes. I used to be a huge buyer on E-bay but don't even visit the place anymore due to the garbage I started receiving. My husband still sells now and again, but its just a different market - lot of garbage buyers and sellers. Sorry for your experience. It happens all the time. You still might end up with nothing, but if you paid via Paypal, and you returned the item and have PROOF (you need delivery confirmation or signed insurance depending on the coat's value) you have a good chance of having them get the $ for you. If you paid via charge card, call your company and have them put a stop payment or chargeback on it. Good luck.
It may take a while for Nick to return
they wrote his death in becasue they couldn't agree on contract terms. He almost left the show. They write the show sometims weeks to months in advance so it will probably be a few weeks or more before he is back on screen. BTW, I love Phyllis with Nick. When Victoria first came back to Genoa City she saw JT at the hospital (when Brittany's baby was about to be kidnapped) and her face lit up like and Christmas tree when she said his name. I immediatly thought those 2 would be great together.
If I did that, the only thing I'd get in return would be

Just had three friends return from Peru...sm
I've only been able to talk with one of them so far, but she said it was the most terrific trip she had ever been on and wouldn't hestiate a second to go again.

She said Machu Pichu (sp?) was unbelievable and she could have stayed there forever.

This gal has been many places and is almost 70 years old, so when she says this was one of the most exciting trips she's ever taken, I would think it would be well worth it.

She did mention she was surprised by how much poverty there was in the country, but they stayed in some very nice haciendas (sp?) and were treated very well by everyone... it was a small tour group situation.

Good luck in your travels wherever you go... and Happy Anniversary. Just celebrated our 25th 1-1/2 years ago...only had a small gathering with some friends as we are home-bodies and can't leave our critters long enough to go anywhere anyway... but it was still fun sharing it with kids and family and friends.

Can you return it and get money back? sm
These "new" ideas get recycled every couple of years. They never work. You would have to rub your skin raw and even then it wouldn't remove hair. Just like those idiotic kinoki foot pads.

Don't feel bad. We all buy into these things every once in a while.
How do you deal with people who always return gifts or sm

They do not take proper care of them. I have bought several expensive things (which they chose and they chose the best!). I later find out they have either sold it or gotten rid of the expensive item(s). I can picture the payment book(s) lying on my desk, sometimes a thousand dollars or more. I can't write them completely off my list as it would hurt the kids. I work so hard that I picture everything in terms of lines I killed myself for. Does anyone else have this problem? I have been so hurt as the latest item they are "junking" should have been an heirloom. No more! Please don't lecture me on a gift is a gift, I've heard that one before. I call it complete disrespect.Am I alone here or how do you handle such ingrates?

I mailed my tax return in the end of February and I was wondering when the check will come by mail.
I would think they received it by the beginning of March.  It was mailed in and they will be mailing the check back.

to buy a swimsuit - very low prices. Oh, how could I forget? I got a really cute bikini on ebay this spring and I loved it! I don't walk around wearing a bikini, but I do like to wear bikini tops around our pool and it was a really nice piece. It was around 5.00 brand new. Good luck.
