Swollen ankles

Does any MT get swollen ankles and tightness of calves because of inactivity of legs while working.  If so, can you give me some feedback of how to help this.  I've been doing transcription work for 8 years and this is new for me.  I am very healthy and take no meds, however, we just moved (although this is the 5th large move for us in 7 years and it never happened in the other moves).  Just would like some feedback on what you might think.  Thanks.

The dog was nipping at her ankles and you call
If the owner was nearby, a leash would not have prevented this.  This is normal dog behavior.  When I first read your post about the dog attacking your daughter and her running off with blood dripping, I envisioned a large dog jumping on your daughter and biting her face or some other area.  You're blowing this one way out of proportion.  I'm guess she didn't get much more than a scratch or 2 on her hand.
Was your belly swollen before? (sm)
When your uterus was swollen, did your belly stick out? My belly looks huge right now! It seems to keep growing. I have had a thickened lining and a hysteroscopy procedure in the past for that. But my belly just seems to keep growing.
yes, and now they stay off cuz my fingers are swollen
lol...working me like a dog.
Swollen lymph nodes - sm
Hello.  Yesterday I got a rather large mole on my back removed.  I was given local anesthesia, and the mole was removed without any problem.  I had a little discomfort and was told I could take Motrin, which I did.  Today, the lymph nodes in my neck on both sides are swollen and very tender to touch.  I feel a little discomfort when turning my head side to side.  Could this be a reaction from the anesthesia?  Should I contact my doctor?  I would greatly appreciate any information that anyone may have.  Thanks a lot!
Not just swollen but the weight gain is horrible
can you imagine gaining over 25 lbs in a 2 week period. I laughed when I read the post above about how we do it to ourselves. Yeh, I nearly died from asthma. When you go to an ER and they don't ask your name nor your insurance company, you are bad off. I begged to come off the prednisone, felt like Puff the Magic Dragon. My pulmonologist told me this weight gain different than regular gain, probably would not be able to get off but I guess I did it to myself, darn it, having that attack and then taking that darn prednisone so I could puff up like a toad. Ha!
