Why do so many men suck?

Reading the posts down the list made me think about how many men seem to be not good marriage material ... selfish, nonempathetic, etc. - Do you think it has something to do with the way they are raisedf? (Those rasing boys now ... remember they need to be reared to be good husbands and fathers).

I suppose all the husbands of those complaining would have a different story, but in my experience it does seem that in general men are much more selfish and often it is the selfish women who get the nice ones. What's up with that?!

You should have said no from the beginning. Dinners are not cheap. There may be time for the bride to take away from her count. I think it would be very rude not to show up. That is just causing more talk.
