I do this all the time on skin that is too thick or callused to heal, like on my heals. I tried everything & sometimes it simply will not heal together. I put some iodine on it first, let it dry, then a little crazy glue (careful of your fingers) -- pinch it togher, & voila. Totally works. I've never had one get infected, & the pain goes away almost immediately.
