dieting

I've been doing the low-carb diet for about 9 months to a year now, and was doing fantastic up until a couple of weeks ago when we went on vacation.  I ate some carbs, (bad ones), but didn't really overdo it as far as eating goes overall.  I have never cut out carbs completely, however, just the "bad" ones.  Now, since I've been back home, whenever I eat, whatever I eat seems to weigh HEAVY on my stomach, feels like a lead weight in my belly.  I'm back to my low-carb way of eating, and last night had scrambled eggs with cheese and ham, and that was it.  About 30 minutes afterward I began to feel absolutely miserable, with the lead weight feeling in my belly.  Has anyone ever heard of this kind of symptom with low-carb dieting?  It's the first time I've experienced this type of thing since being on this diet.  It is making me feel miserable and I just don't know what to do.

dieting tip...sm
Unless eating habits are permanently changed, any weight loss will not be permanent. Smaller portions and eating as a way to fuel your body and not for any other reason - food as a reward, boredom eating, etc. - is the only "diet" that has ever worked for me. If I really want ice cream or a brownie or a candy bar, I just have a small portion to satisfy my desire, and leave it at that. Focus on other things besides food is the key. When I lose that focus and eat when I'm not really hungry, I do gain my weight back.
Talking about dieting, has anyone

used Hoodia and if so, what kind of success have you had with it?

Too bad I'm dieting but maybe can alter it? 777 cals

is what it comes out to, but I fiddled with the recipe (not tried making it yet though) and got it down to 241 calories -- I'll try it tomorrow and see how it is

Ingredients (modified from 777 calories to 241 calories)

2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour + 2 Tablespoons whole wheat flour
Splenda equivalent to 4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons 1% milk
3 Tablespoons applesauce
A small splash of vanilla extract
