We are now seeing the offspring
of Generation X. There have been some pretty shocking stories on the news lately. Babies left out in the hot cars, put in the microwave. Then there was one story about the parents being so drugged up the kids almost starved. It's pretty sad.
Gay offspring
I would definitely want them to tell me! I would feel like a bad parent if I had created such an atmosphere in the home to where my children felt uncomfortable telling me about their smallest likes & dislikes, so how much more the larger issues in their lives such as this? One's personal or religious views should have no bearing whatsoever on their unconditional love for & acceptance of their own flesh & blood!
