It just plain sucks. I too feel you are doing the best thing for your cat. I know how sick you feel over it. It is the absolute WORST part of having animals share our lives and hearts...being there for them and being strong enough to make this decision. Do you have someone who will be going with you to the vet? It's the absolute worst to go alone, even having just someone who is willing to drive you there and back home is a huge help. (((Hugs))) to you during this awful time.
